Located in the area of Florida called the Big Bend region, the Steinhatchee River is a great fishing river. The Steinhatchee flows for 28 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. A neat part of the Steinhatchee River is where it drops several feet, acuratley described and called the Steinhatchee Falls.
